I received a small amount of justice yesterday.
It appears that Van Nuys Superior Court Commissioner Martin Wegman thinks I deserve the chance to be innocent…
I posted earlier about the possibility that I could not afford to be “not guilty.” It was going to cost me $381 to have my day in court. Evidently, the L.A. [...]

The Killers – Sawdust – MP3 on Amazon

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

I’ve begun a standard practice of checking any purchase I am thinking about on iTunes with Amazon MP3. I love being able to download an MP3 instead of a file I can only play on my computer or iPod (or burn it to a CD… for a set number of times.
So right now, I’m downloading [...]

Out of The Ooze – Published and in Print

Monday, November 26th, 2007

I just received a couple copies of Out of The Ooze, a collection of articles from www.theooze.com.
My article, “Church Restructure” appears on page 153. This is the first time I’ve been published in book form, though I’m close to completing a proposal which should get accepted rather quickly.

On a Private Island…

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

Soularize kicked off with a visit to a private island. Snorkeling, complimentary wine and lemonade, and a lot of amazing conversation.
One of the most important things about Soularize is that we don’t start off with the keynotes and workshops. Instead, we hang out and put faces and stories behind the ideas. It is much [...]

The Chiefs Are Embarrassing

Sunday, September 16th, 2007

That’s all I have to say about that.
I said I’d give Herm Edwards a year when he started. I didn’t like him. They made the playoffs (though losing one more game than the year before), and he blew it.
