I upgraded to WordPress 2.3.1, and all of a sudden all of my posts, categories and archives are showing as not found when you click on the links. Working on it…

It seems all is back to normal… somewhat. The redirects were removing part of the URL, and I’m really not sure why it is acting the way it is. I figured out that the URL’s can change, and if you’ve linked to a post using the former structure it will still work correctly…

All day yesterday as I attempted to come to your site I was shown a big scary message that indicated that you’d been hacked. Are you aware of this?

Yes. That’s why I upgraded WordPress thinking that there must’ve been an exploit in the version I was using. I’m hoping everything is fine from here on out…
