When you aren’t searching for scathing criticism to respond to. It’s been nice to have recently only read the quality criticism of the emerging church I find when other bloggers I read post something of note.
My abstinence from the anti-emerging sites has been a quality move for me. If you’re addicted to those sites like I was, you may want to consider removing their RSS feeds and just not visiting… it’s worked for me!
I’ll second that.

Yeah, I stopped visiting them awhile ago myself and even encouraged the Emerentno site to stop feeding at least one of the sites. (And actually, I stopped feeding that site too.)
The problem is that the writers at this one site in particular are so certain they are right and only those who share their perspective are godly. They have no interest in dialogue and are really quite obnoxious. I had thought perhaps there might be some give and take and all parties would learn something, but it never happens.
Good move.
