NSA Might Listen to Lawyer Calls:
Responding to questions from Congress, the Justice Department says confidential calls between doctors and patients or attorneys and clients are not off limits to NSA warrentless surveillance — and such material can be used in court. It’s all legal says DOJ.

Also of interesting note in the article is the fact that the administration respoded to questions about domestic wiretapping without a denial. “Interception of the content of domestic communications would present a different legal question,” the department said.
