A Different Perspective

Faith, Art, Politics, and the Emerging Church

a different perspective from alan hartung on the emerging church, politics, faith, and life

Confession: I love TV. I limit myself quite a bit, because it would be easy for me to get obsessive. Right now, I really only watch three shows consistently: Lost, Invasion, and Supernatural. Lost is available on iTunes, and since I don’t have TiVo, it makes it very convenient for me if I miss an episode. The next day I can just buy it for $1.99. I hope the networks soon release all of their shows. This is nothing but a win-win. The Office actually had a boost in ratings after people discovered the show on iTunes.

A show I’m thinking about catching up on through iTunes:

Battlestar Galactica

  1. Great show, bro. I’ve been heavily addicted since it first came out.

You’ll probably appreciate that the executive producer does a weekly commentary on the show, so you get some Inside Baseball going on. I think you’ll like it.

I’ve caught a few episodes. I’d love to watch it from the beginning… but I can’t afford it yet! Soon, I hope…

  3. I just wanted to say, I wish they would make available the show Invasion on Itunes. Also, I wish they would stop interrupting the show every week.

  4. I’m with you on Invasion. I’m afraid it’s going to get cancelled.
