Amazing that the man not smart enough to encrypt his wireless network thinks the solution is to call the cops on a guy sitting in his car with his laptop open.

If this guy gets convicted, it will be a sad, sad day. Many people purposefully leave their wireless networks open to share the internet. Many more are just too lazy to encrypt their networks. At any rate, if a wireless network is unencrypted, you aren’t stealing anything. If you use the network to hack into someone’s personal computer, that is certainly a different story.
