A Different Perspective

This is unfathomable to me. Really.

The sad thing is, I doubt this will get any sustained or prominent media attention.

Evidently, local city officials can now decide to seize your home if they believe a private development project will better the city. Eminent domain, my ass. Small communities could easily be bought off by wealthy developers who lined the right pockets.

The Supreme Court… I am really stunned. Not that I think they always make the best decisions, but this seems like such a clear sell-out. At least it was 5-4
