On Howard Dean’s Blog for America, one of the posters mentioned taking back the airwaves for democrats. Coming from a progressive political movement, I’m thinking why not podcasting? It’s gaining in popularity, easy to produce, and those with good ideas find audience.
Podcasting my friends, podcasting.
And for the record, this Christian does consider Howard Dean and his associates “friends”… at least how we use the term politically.
Oh, and I know I haven’t gotten another show of A Different Perspective out lately… well remember, I’ve always said I’m not a time person. It’s not a weekly podcast, bi-weekly, semi-weekly, daily or any other time notationyou want to put on it. Maybe I’ll do three or four next week
Alan,
Podcasting indeed! Dave Slusher has a audio essay/podcast that you may find of interest (you may have already heard it?) – “Why I Don’t Believe it God” – http://www.evilgeniuschronicles.org/cgi-bin/blosxom.cgi/audio/050201_01.writeback
Its a pretty scathing indictment of the evangelical church.
And did you see today’s USA Today’s cover? – Podcasting – http://www.usatoday.com/money/media/2005-02-09-podcasting-usat-money-cover_x.htm

I agree that Podcasting will come into it’s own. What is really needed it a website respository of all the Podcasts so that people would be able to see what is available and select content. That way their is not undue pressure for all podcasters to produce on a daily basis.
Great idea, thanks

Not sure I find solice, as a Christian, in the Democrats nor in the Republicans. But, I do like the approach to more classical liberalism (small “L” liberalism). I’ve always felt that Jesus didn’t fit in anywhere, but probably most as a Libertarian.
I’m considering a PodCast of my own. I have a background in terrestrial broadcasting, so I’m thrilled to have found this medium.
Keep up your eyes on Him.
By His Grace,
