A Different Perspective

Faith, Art, Politics, and the Emerging Church

about the podcast/blog

a different perspective from alan hartung on the emerging church, politics, faith, and life

With the Mac Mini, I think Apple is finally going to begin to make a dent in the PC domination of general computer sales.

Maybe I’m just an optimist, but take my word for it, once you go Mac, you never go back.

I was a skeptic when I got my Mac January 1, 2004. After one year as a Mac user, I am convinced of its superiority. Because price point is one of the most significant reasons people don’t choose Mac, I think the Mac Mini will cause a lot of people to choose that platform over PC.

Other reasons than price to go Mac:

  • Viruses are a non-issue on Mac
  • Everything looks better on a Mac. Really.
  • The OS is immensely more stable than Windows of any version
  • They look kewl

  1. I went Mac 4 years ago and I have never gone back and never will. We are now a 3 Mac house. (G3, G4 powerbook and my new love, G5 iMac).
