I just added an “Email this page to a friend” link to the blog template. So if you want to quickly pass along a post, a category, the main page, or whatever, you can do so by clicking the link above the calendar in the right-hand column.
The script automatically recognizes the URL, so if you are trying to pass on a post from the main page, click the permanent link for the post. If you are just wanting to tell someone about the blog or podcast, you can click the link from the home page of the blog.
