'I'll leave it up for a week or so'

so here's a question from a computer semi-literate person --

once you take a blog down is it gone forever, or can it still be accessed somehow?

It's not as simple a question as it seems. The basic answer is, once it's taken off the server, it can no longer be accessed.

I know of at least one site which archives pages of other sites, so it may be accessible through something like that.

The only thing lost from my migration to another blog software program will be the comments. I'm a little bummed about that, but b2evolution is so much better than nucleus, in my opinion, that it was worth the pain to transfer it.
